Ipower has now added Ratepoint to each of their hosting plans. Ratepoint is a company that provides an independent service to allow your customers to rate and review you. Ratepoint gives you logos that you can place on your site, indicating you are a member of the Ratepoint system, and hopefully improving customer’s confidence in your site and thus improving sales.

A nice customer survey tool allows you to create surveys, emails them out, and collects the data for your use in improving your site. This tool in itself can be invaluable in figuring out what your customers, or potential customers are wanting and expecting from you.

Ratepoint service by itself cost $14.95 a month or $149.95 if you pay for a entire year. Ipower provides the service for free with their web hosting.
