Support: has been available when needed, so it gets a above average. Features: about normal. Tried website tonight, it was very slow and non responsive. Also, terminated program mid session for maintenance, see below. Reliability: Is down from time to time, usally early morning, 12am to 4am, when I usally work on it. Might be teir maintenance time. Value: about the same as others.
