IPower support is available in three different ways. 24 hour technical support is provided by chat, trouble ticket, or by phone. Our experience with support has been good although the chat sometimes had us double digits deep inline for help. Most of the time we moved quickly through the queue and our questions were usually handled swiftly and accurately.
