We have listed register.com because they offer a decent coupon code of 25% off hosting and $15 off domains. However, Register.com domains cost $35.00 before any coupon code is applied, way above the industry average and we just don't see the extra features or value that Register offers over other domain registrars and hosts.

For some people, paying extra to go with a certain company is worth it for them for one reason or another, but we suggest you find a cheaper registrar such as Godaddy or 1and1.
